Overview
Jellert Gaublomme is an Assistant Professor of Biological Sciences at Columbia University, Associate Faculty at the Herbert and Florence Irving Institute for Cancer Dynamics, a Member of the Herbert Irving Comprehensive Cancer Center, and Affiliate Faculty at the New York Genome Center. His lab develops and applies advanced multi-omic technologies to investigate cellular and biomolecular interactions, with applications in immunology, neuroscience, and cancer. Dr. Gaublomme earned his PhD from Harvard University with Professor Hongkun Park and completed his postdoctoral fellowship at the Broad Institute with Professor Aviv Regev. His lab focuses on the multimodal, single-cell analysis of cellular states within their native environments, aiming to uncover how cellular interactions shape tissue health and disease.
