Adrian G. Sacher, MD

Body: 

Dr. Sacher is a board-certified medical oncologist specializing in the treatment of lung cancer and other thoracic malignancies. He has previously completed a fellowship in thoracic oncology at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute with a concurrent master’s degree in clinical trial design, genomics and drug development at Harvard Medical School. He has been awarded an International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer (IASLC) Fellowship and American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Merit Award for his research. Dr. Sacher’s current research focuses on the development of novel immunotherapies for the treatment of lung cancer. In addition, Dr. Sacher also conducts research on genomic and blood-based biomarkers to guide personalized treatment for patients with lung cancer.
