Stomach Cancer: Clinical Trials
For more information on our current clinical trials, click here
Clinical trials are an important component of comprehensive gastric cancer care. New research at Columbia and throughout the country is leading to the development of new therapies that may help patients with gastric cancer. One area of active research is the role of the immune system in preventing cancer growth and some patients may be appropriate for clinical trials of these novel immune therapies.
Patients at The Center for Global Excellence in Gastric Cancer can benefit from advanced therapies by participating in select clinical trials, many originating here, at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center.
