Post-Doctoral Research Scientist

We are currently recruiting a post-doctoral research scientist interested in understanding the cell-extracellular matrixinteractions that drive esophageal intestinal metaplasia and its progression to cancer. Studies will include classic molecular and cell biology techniques, novel engineered hydrogels, invitro 3D organoid platforms, and in vivoxenograft models. This work is both scientifically and clinically significant by defining the contribution of matrix properties to mechanisms of metaplasiaand laying a foundation for novel therapies to disrupt matrix properties in tumorigenesis.

Graduate Students

We are currently recruiting PhD and MS students interested in understanding the cell-extracellular matrix interactions in squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck. Students must be interested in the areas of Biomaterials, Cancer Biology and Medicine.
